Terms of Service
These terms are a structured product draft and require review and completion by qualified counsel before they are relied upon as a contract.
01 Scope and definitions
These Terms govern access to Velanthor, a software service intended to present market data, analytics, visualizations and related workspace features. “Velanthor”, “we” and “us” mean ; “you” means the person or entity using the service.
02 Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting credentials and all activity under your account. Do not share access where account sharing is prohibited by the applicable plan. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. Any age, geographic or professional eligibility requirements must be confirmed for the final service.
03 Service and license
Subject to these Terms and any applicable plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for internal, lawful purposes. We may improve, update or discontinue features, including beta features, with reasonable notice where practicable.
04 Trading and financial risk disclaimer
Velanthor may display market data, technical analysis, indicators, signals, orderflow, liquidity information, visualizations and educational or informational material. It is not, unless expressly confirmed in writing and lawfully authorized, a broker, exchange, investment manager, financial adviser or regulated financial service.
Information is not personalized investment advice, a recommendation, an offer or a guarantee of any outcome. You make your own decisions and should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate. Cryptoassets and leveraged trading involve substantial risk; you may lose some or all of your capital. Leverage can magnify losses. Past performance does not predict future results. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and signals or analytics are not guarantees.
Where AI-generated analysis is available, it may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Verify important information independently and do not treat AI output as professional financial advice.
05 Subscriptions and billing
Plans, prices, taxes, billing intervals, renewal, cancellation, refunds, payment processor and failed-payment handling must be inserted from the finalized commercial model. The inspected artifact contains no payment integration, subscription logic or published pricing. No paid-plan promise is made by this draft.
06 Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, gain unauthorized access, bypass security, scrape or bulk-export data without permission, reverse engineer or interfere with the platform, introduce malware, test vulnerabilities without authorization, automate abusive traffic, commit fraud, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully.
07 User content
If features allow journals, notes, settings, uploads or other content, you retain your rights in that content. You grant only the permissions reasonably needed to host, process, secure and display it to you and to operate the service. Do not submit confidential information you are not entitled to share.
08 Intellectual property
Velanthor and its licensors retain rights in the software, interface, design, trademarks, algorithms, documentation, datasets and original content. Except for the limited access right above, no rights are transferred.
09 Availability and third parties
We may rely on third-party market-data APIs, hosting, fonts, content-delivery or other services. Availability and accuracy can depend on those providers. The inspected artifact calls a public Binance ticker endpoint and loads Google Fonts and Font Awesome; the final provider list and notices must be kept current.
10 Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment once billing exists, or to protect users and the service. On termination, access ends and you must stop using the service. Data deletion and export consequences must align with the Privacy Policy and confirmed retention schedule.
11 Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the parties should define reasonable limits for indirect loss, loss of profits and data, while preserving liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for intent, gross negligence, certain personal injury claims and mandatory consumer rights. The final clause must be reviewed for the applicable jurisdiction.
